About Us

Grant is the Founder and Managing Principal of Granite Street Inc., where he leads all loan origination, servicing, and investor relations activities. He is highly accessible and takes pride in providing a "white glove" level of service to both his borrowers and investor clients.

Since 2016, Grant has been an active investor in the Las Vegas real estate and private lending market. Throughout his career, Grant has participated in tens of millions of dollars in commercial purpose loans and equity deals.

Before founding Granite Street Inc., Grant served as a Vice President and Qualified Employee at Greystone & Co., working in the CMBS origination group. He holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Finance from the Lundquist College of Business at the University of Oregon.
