Call to discuss your opportunity (address, purchase price, requested loan amount, and investment plan).
Apply
Fill out a basic loan application, then receive a term sheet. We will open up escrow, and order a title report.
Closing
Closing can happen in as little as 2-3 business days after receiving a clean title report from the escrow company.
Typical Loan Terms
Loan-To-Value (LTV)
Maximum of 80% of the purchase, or 65% of the after repair value.
Loan Amount
$50K - $2M. Larger loans will be considered on a case by case basis.
Rate/APR
Generally 12% - 13% annually.
Fees
Generally 3% for a short term bridge loan (with options to extend).
